Tom Wexler

Award winning senior real estate broker Tom Wexler has an expertise in NYC’s luxury residential real estate market. For nearly three decades, he has provided clients with the knowledge and market intelligence they need in order to keenly negotiate the purchase/sale or rental of their homes.

Client service is Tom’s key focus. He understands the market he serves with a depth and thoroughness derived from 30 years of experience with townhouses, including purchasing, restoring, renovating and selling his own NYC landmark Upper East side townhouse. Tom advises his clients on how to maximize their real estate asset, regardless of market conditions. This level of service has earned Tom top industry honors, and loyal clients.

His experience ranges from multifamily row houses to exquisite limestone mansions. He has successfully sold or rented over 170 townhouses and small buildings during the course of his career. These transactions are complex and sophisticated. They require persistence, judgment and a keen sense for the market.

Tom provides clients with a tailor made marketing plan, suited to their particular property and their objectives. He is also skilled at advising on construction, tax issues, landmarks, exterior property maintenance, etc.

Morgan Garofalo

Morgan Garofalo joined Leslie J. Garfield in September of 2021, reporting directly to Thomas Wexler, Partner.

Originally from Richmond, Virginia, Morgan graduated from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina, where she double majored in Finance and Real Estate and minored in Spanish. She studied real estate valuation techniques and how to optimize real estate investments. She was a member of the University of South Carolina Real Estate Club and Kappa Kappa Gamma.

Morgan interned with Central South Carolina Alliance, a nonprofit economic development partnership that sources capital investments into the region. She regularly worked with local companies and closely monitored the region’s economy. During her junior year, Morgan studied abroad in Barcelona, Spain, attending the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. This experience fueled her desire to move to New York City in order to continue learning about the New York City real estate market.

In her free time, Morgan enjoys traveling, wakeboarding, and exploring New York City. She looks forward to an amazing career with Leslie J. Garfield.
